One owner per system.
A system without a name is a system without a pager. Every service, carrier and model has a person who answers for it.

Write it down.
Architecture decisions, runbooks, incident reviews. If it only exists in a meeting, it is not operationally real.

Pager discipline.
If an alert does not require action, it is noise. We delete it. The pager is for the line, not for the dashboard.

Hire slowly.
We hire for judgment and long tenure. A person who has seen the seams fail is worth more than a CV of launches.
We would rather own a boring layer than rent a brilliant one.

Most roles are engineering or operations. We look for people who can own a system end to end, explain a failure without blaming a vendor, and write down what they learned.
There is no job board. Write to us with the system you want to own and the evidence that you can own it.
